Production process:
The grapes were harvested on October 12, after the first frost, as tradition says in the Maderat area. A skin maceration took place for 24 hours, then a fermentation in stainless steel and a maturation also in stainless steel for eight months.
Tasting notes:
The color is golden yellow. The smell is of exotic fruits, mango, and peach, but also herbaceous (white flowers). Acidity and minerality are intense, with hints of sweet citrus and lime.

Raw fish, sushi, fish and white meat salads, soft cheeses, appetizers.

Production process:
The grapes were harvested at three different times. The first two batches of grapes had a film maceration for eight hours and fermentation in stainless steel. The last batch of grapes was soaked in film for 16 hours and vinified in Romanian oak barrels. Immediately after fermentation, the three batches were blended and matured in stainless steel on their yeasts for eight months.
Tasting notes:
The color is golden yellow, and the nose is delicate, with elderberry flowers, apricots, peaches, acacia honey, and lychee. Intense minerality and ripe apples, citrus, and aromatic herbs aftertaste.

Production process:
The western exposure and the calcareous soil on which the vine is planted offered a complex maturation process on the plant. The grapes were harvested in mid-September and left to soak for 12 hours. Fermentation was done in stainless steel barrels, and the maturation process happened on fine yeasts for eight months. 10% was fermented in new Romanian oak barrels.
Tasting notes:
Golden yellow color. Nose dominated by lime honey, pollen, and wildflowers, but also shades of herbs (thyme). Intense minerality, with an aftertaste of white apricots and citrus.

White poultry, fish with baked vegetables, salads with poultry, white fish, appetizers.

The grapes were harvested in the first half of October, and the wine had fermentation and post fermentative maceration for three months. Maturation happened in 500 and 700-liter barrels for 18 months.

The color is ruby red. The wine has intense and rich aromas, a pleasant bouquet, with shades of black fruit, but also notes of wood and spices. Aftertaste of cloves, nutmeg, chocolate, and black fruit.

Production process:
The grapes were harvested in the last days of September. The must was fermented and macerated post fermentatively for two months. A period of maturation in Romanian oak barrels followed for 12 months.
Tasting notes:
The color is intense ruby red with purple highlights. Predominant aromas of black fruit and prunes with a round, mineral taste. Moderate and aftertaste of spices and plums.

Duck meat, pork chops, veal without sauces, pasta with tomato sauce, matured cheeses.

Production process:
The grapes were harvested in two different periods. Canaria fermented on pomace for a month with long post-fermentative maceration to bring out the full potential of the variety. Maturation was 50% in Romanian oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel, only with its yeasts.
Tasting notes:
The nose is predominantly of cherries, plums, and herbs (eucalyptus). It has a special and consistent aroma of ripe cherries, towards sour cherry, plum, plum compote, mint, spices, with a full, velvety body. The aftertaste is grassy but retains notes of berries.
