What are the payment methods?
Payments for products ordered in the online store https://www.maximarc.ro/ro/shop/vinuri can be made by card and, upon request, by bank transfer with the payment order.
You can safely make an online payment with your personal or company card. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro if they have code CVV2 / CVC2). No additional transaction fees are charged. Card data processing is done exclusively on NETOPIA Payments servers. The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that NETOPIA Payments does not store the confidential data of your card, but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the bank. This way, your information is secure. Regardless of the currency of your account, the transactions are made in RON, at the exchange rate of your bank.
For your payments by card, the transaction will appear on the account statement with the name SC MP WINE SRL.
How are the delivery and transport done?
Orders will be registered and operated in the order in which they are placed. The customer will be contacted by phone or e-mail to establish delivery details.
The products will be delivered in person or by express courier, TNT Romania. Upon request, the products will be delivered through the courier company requested by the buyer.
The transport is carried out under controlled temperature conditions for products that require this. All products and services presented on the site, therefore delivery, are available exclusively in Romania.
The seller will ensure the proper packaging of the ordered Goods and the transmission of the corresponding documents.
The seller is not and cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies/delays in delivery times during busy periods of the year (ie holidays, events, promotion period, etc.), due to external factors that are not or may not be influenced by the Seller (eg high demand for courier services, etc.)
What is the cost of transportation?
FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 200 lei.
For orders less than 200 lei, the transportation cost is 20 lei.
In what situations can the products be returned?
The customer can request the return of the products in the following situations:
- A product that does not comply with the specifications on the site. If the ordered product is not complying with the specifications in our offer. The customer can request its return for a replacement or full refund of the value. If the replacement has a higher value, the Customer will pay the difference, respectively if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. Return and transport costs for the replacement product, if any, are paid by SC MP WINE SRL
- Products that were delivered incorrectly. Delivery of products other than those requested must be reported immediately, and the customer must refuse the receipt. The customer can request their return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, he can choose for replacement with another assortment or a full refund of the value. If you agree to replace it with a product with a higher value, you will pay the difference, respectively if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. The return and transport costs for the replacement product, if any, are paid by SC MP WINE SRL.
