Each variety was harvested at full maturity, vinified, and then blended. Half of the production was aged in Romanian oak barrels for six months, while the other half was aged in stainless steel tanks on its yeasts.
Olfactory, you can find blackberries, cranberries, raspberries, cloves, and light notes of vanilla. The taste, round and fresh, starts with black fruit and pepper that we can also find in the aftertaste.
